Hello Everyone,
I am a tier 2 general visa holder I will apply for ILR in two months time.
I have a question do i have to prove any maintenance fund in bank statement or just employer letter will be fine?
I have two dependents as well.
Very Best Regards

No maintenance fund.
You must prove you meet the ILR salary requirements and submit payslips and bank statements.

Hi CR001,
Thanks for your very quick response.
how many months salary slips required because my company willing to change my salary scale but just one month in advance before I apply for ILR application submission.
so I will have just one month of salary prove is that okay for Home office?
Regards

Salary increment made so soon before the ILR will raise a red flag.
If the raise will take you over the 35.5k limit, expect your application to be put hold and audit of your company.

If your company can prove that salary raise was genuine and inline with the policy it will be fine, but don’t expect an answer in the psc appointment. It will likely delay the answer by a few months until audit is completed.
Few months is unlikely to make a difference. As people have reported having issues even after a 6 months of new salary.

Hello sir,
Thank you for coming back to me and all your replies.
I am getting my salary according to my job contract and increment is due soon but by that time I will be able to apply for ILR as well so that's why I am bit concern.
Thanks

If you already earn more than 35.5k or based on soc code whichever is higher and you have been doing so for a while it should be fine.
If the increase will push you over the threshold, that would be a red flag.
