Visitor Visa for my parents

Hello,

I have moved to UK before two months under Tier 2 Visa. I would like to invite my parents for a month and they will apply for the Visitor Visa from Kuwait. My parents have a residence permit of Kuwait. Is it necessary for my parents to submit their bank statement? Can I submit my bank statement from UK and provide a letter that I would be sponsoring their visit?
