Tier 2 PBS dependent visa checklsit

Dear friends,

I have a question regarding the T2 and PBS dependant visa.

So I entered in the UK around May 2010, and I was on T4 for 6 years and I had T2 visa for 2 years. Unfortunately I lost my job last week therefore I am considering to apply as a PBS dependant of my girlfriend (who i have lived with more than 2 years).

So my question is will my time under PBS dependant visa (lets say from now to 2020) qualify for the 10 years long residence route?

I am applying for the PBS dependant visa with my tier 2 sponsor (my girlfriend whom I have been living for more than 2 years)

I have a quick question regarding the checklist, after I have made the payment for the premium service.I have seen a document checklist PDF, in the PDF it listed the docs I need to bring is

The passport or travel document
The police registration certificat
Two passport photos
The biometric residence permit

And

After the security check, you must provide the following at the reception:
your completed application form
all necessary supporting documents for your visa application

Regarding all necessary supporting docs, it didnt say which specific docs I need to bring, and I am struggling to find a complete checklist anywhere on the Gov.co.uk website.

Can I kindly ask anyone who is able to provide me a link to a complete checklist, ie all the documents I would need to provide from me and my girfriend who has a T2 general working visa?

As I was applying dependant as unmarried couple, do we have to provide evidence of living together for more than 2 years?
