Entrepreneur Visa Tier 1 father sponsor

Hello Everyone,

I wan to apply for Entrepreneur Visa tier 1. I have a question that can i show my father as a partner in my company. I meet all English requirements, passed English test. But my father don't have any English examination.

If you mean that you will apply together as an entrepreneur team, both of you should pass the English language requirement .
