Pakistani Nikhanama English translation

Hi,
I got married in Pakistan. I have got nikhanama in urdu and NADRA marriage registration certificate in English. I just want to know do I need to translate my urdu nikhanama in English or marriage certificate will be enough? Is this the requirement to translate it in English?
