Letter from Work Agency

Hello,

I application is due on monday 5th November 2018 for ILR 5 year spouse.

But i have a major problem with employments.

I work with a Educational company for 10 month on (26,000 per annum) but was force to leave by end of july because longer need my service (i still have a pending unlawful dismissal case with the company as they aer aware that i its important taht i am on job to renew my visa.

But luckly for me. I got another job within a week of being sack and i start the job 1st of August. They gave me a full time job and fixed contract that will be extended when my visa is renew. then again. last week. i was asked to resign from teh job as the new manager said she doenst want to work with her.

this has put my visa in jeoupady now. i have work for over 12 months and have my bank statement, and payslip to cover this period. by the time of my application, I will be unemployed. my employer gave me a letter to state taht i work with them. but the letter will not be valid again on 5th as i will no be their employer. they state on the letter they gave me the start date and end date of 31st of october.

What are my chances in this case?

I have two option at moment but i dont know if they are any good for me.

the first option is that.

my previous 2 jobs in last 14th month was through a Job Agency i register with. Am am eligigle to use them as my employer, since they are the one that got me the 2 jobs i did for the 2 company, (though i am being paid directly from the 2 company not agency, but i do have am email of job from the agency. Also the agency are very friendsly and said they are willing to help to give me letter to support my ILR Application, but they dont know the content that they need to write.

if anyone has a sample letter that i can give to agency. ( It they were my direct employer i know they are meant to state when my job start, my job title, annual salary, state if its full time/part time.


Second option.

A company are willing to offer me a job and i will start in 12 November
they are wiling to give a letter stating i am employ by them write all that the home office require.
Will home office accept such letter since they have I have not actually start during the tiem of my application.

This is a desperate situation for me. and i hope someone will be able to offer help at this time for me.
