ILR(LR) pending, wife Tier 2 dependent visa expiring!!! PLS HELP

Post by Bilal0016 » Tue Oct 30, 2018 9:42 pm

Hi
My ILR(LR) application is in process, and my wife's Tier 2 dependent visa is expiring in a couple of days and I still haven't received any reply from Home Office, please help! can anyone confirm what visa application my wife needs to apply for till I receive my ILR???
My wife came to UK as my dependent on Tier 2 dependent visa this year in March 2018.
My 5 years of Tier 2 visa expires in November 2018 (so does my wife's visa), however I applied for ILR(LR) in October 2018 through post as I could not get a window appointment.
I have switched from Tier 2 to ILR long residence basis as it's been 10 years I been in UK.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Bilal

FLR(M) spouse visa and she needs English A1 test and must meet the financial requirements.

Reference your application number and ask HO to consider her FLR(M) application once your ILR is granted.

If your ILR fails, her FLR(M) will also fail.
