Employers letter for ILR set M

Hi everyone,
Please , I want you to clarify this for me . It is compulsory to include the employer letter even when you haven’t change your job in the last 6 Months . Am really confused . Thanks in advance .

Yes it needs to be submitted as part of the evidence of meeting the financial requirement.
