BRP card issues

I applied for BRP card in April 2018,have received the supporting documents back. Iam still waiting for the card until now and I don't know how to contact the HO about that. Really need to travel asap.

Please don't tag your question onto other people's topics as your query is different to where you tagged on.

Useful to state what exactly you applied for, was it a visa extension or a brp replacement card?

What date did you get documents backs?
