Hello All.
Much gratitude to all the commenters that have provided valuable information to other members. I'm currently in a very serious situation and require urgent advise.
I just received a letter from the Home Office refusing my FLR (FP) application. They gave me an Out of Country Appeal. Unfortunately this has put me in a terrible situation.
In a nutshell I came on Tier 4 with my wife in 2010. I was a student up to 2017 when I applied for FLR (FP) based on Private Life and also because there is a very deadly communal fight in my hometown. Hence I can't return without jeopardising the lives of my family. Of note is that I didn't grow up in my home country as well, hence no ties there.
My wife gave birth to our son in June 2012. She recently gave birth to our daughter in August 2018.
My timeline is below:
Application: July 2017
Acknowledgement/Biometrics: August 2017
Decision/Rejection: September 2018
The letter clearly states that I can't work or rent anymore. Due to my young children this is quite unrealistic as I have to provide shelter and food for them.
What are my current options? I'm currently working and renting already and have never overstayed. So what do I have to do to maintain my right to work and rent?
What could a solicitor possibly do to urgently rectify this problem?

I just received refusal of my FLR (FP) application with an out of country right to appeal. Can I immediately make a new application in the UK with new information. Also will that affect my Right to Work as the letter clearly stated that I can't work any more.

Very sorry to hear this. As you're both non EEA and presume both without valid leave it might be harder route
What was the basis of this refusal? On what grounds?
Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.

We both had valid leave up till when we made our application.
The basis of refusal was that I hadn't lived in the UK for 20 years and my child was not up to 7 years in the UK.

Hello. My FLR (FP) Application was recently refused with out of country appeal thus ending my right to work. Will the Home Office contact my employers immediately about the update or will my employers only find out when they do a Right to work check?

I recently got a BAIL 201 letter after my FLR (FP) application was refused. The only bail condition on the letter was that I should start reporting at a reporting centre. Does this mean I can continue working?

You have no valid visa or section 3C protection. You cannot work as your refusal letter in September clearly states
.

My previous Bail Letter specifically talked about not working. The new Bail letter was sent after I wrote HO explaining my circumstance of having a family. Hence this Bail letter varies from the initial one sent.It mentions the only Bail condition as monthly Reporting.

What does it state on the bail status as there should be a section CLEARLY telling you that you cannot work or study. It should be on the second page.

Bathanza, I just checked and there is nothing about me not working or studying. Like I mentioned earlier I had written and asked them to vary my bail conditions based on my family. It seems they complied. I guess I'll confirm on the day I go for my first reporting.
