Dear All,I am the business owner - Have South African employees whose Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa is going to expire on next year April 2019. His salary will be around £42,000 per annum. Now as a employer what sort of procedure to extend his visa and what sort of document does he employees has to fill.

How did he qualify for a tier 5 youth Mobility Scheme visa? South Africans have not been eligible for this visa for a number of years now after it was withdrawn for SA citizens.

That aside, he cannot "extend" a tier 5 within the UK to a tier 2.

You need to be an HO approved sponsor so if you don't have a sponsor licence, you will have to apply for one. To sponsor someone, you have to follow the full Rlmt process to prove no settled, British or EU citizen can do the job.
