Tier 2 ILR Application By Post Home Office Timeline

Hi,
I have a query related to the Tier 2 ILR Application By Post Home office Timeline. How much time to take the decision of this application. I mean min and max timeline. because I don't want to pay extra fee in terms Premium booking fee about £600.
