did you provide any additional cover letter stating you provided 6 months payslip when you sent your application?findaway wrote: ↑Sun Nov 04, 2018 6:06 pmWe submitted our supporting documents at a visa application centre where documents are scanned instead of being sent to Sheffield physically. It looks like they haven't scanned all of our documents correctly. Here are the facts:
- We received a refusal stating 'In support of your sponsor’s employment you have only provided wage slips for March, April, May and August 2018, therefore you have failed to provide wage slips covering a consecutive six month period immediately preceding the date of application. Furthermore, you have not provided an employment letter containing the specified information as outlined above or any bank statements that show salary credits from your sponsor’s employer.'
- We received all of the documents back by courier from VFS the same day as the refusal with all of the documents stated as missing present and correct. We have photos of this package as well as scans of the documents we took ourselves before submission.
- We also paid for these additional VFS services which should have caught any documents if they were missing:

Stating 'you will also have the option to submit these by email after their appointment, within 7 working days.'
https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/co/en/premi ... and-verify
'Trained VFS Global staff will perform a series of pre-checks and initial validation on certain key supporting documents in your application, and highlight any potential errors or problems before your documents are submitted.'
- Should the ECO not have contacted us under paragraph D here of their own rules?
