Validity of UK Naric Certificate previously obtained to be eligible for Settlement application

Hi I have UK Naric certificate for English assessment dated january 2013. I have my appointment on 14th November 2018 for Indefinite leave to remain. I am just worried that is that certificate is valid or not. Please help

What is your UK immigration history and route to ILR?

I came on Marriage Visa got married here & then applied for FLR(M) in 2013 & again in 2016 now after completing 5years I am eligible for ILR(M). So I am applying for it. Plz guide me correctly can I use the same uknaric 2013 certificate this time again.
