i am using premium service to apply long residence, do i need to apply online?

.Hi All
I’ve booked the premium service on 20th Nov 2018. I am preparing Set(lr) application form and relating documents for me. I paid already £2999 for premium fees.
But do I need to apply Online form as well?
Help please.
