Financial requirement for Spouse Visa

Post by SChoudhury » Wed Nov 07, 2018 6:02 pm

Hi,
Can somebody please help me with this query.
My husband has earned 18348.85 from his main permanent job in the last one year.
He has also earned 1200GBP from his current second part time job ( he has had this job for 2 months now)
He has also had another part time income throughout from June 2017- July 2017 which is about 17000GBP ( he doesn't currently work there anymore).
My question is that can we apply for our spouse visa before Dec2018 under category B, using the two present jobs? or do we have to wait till the second job reaches 6 months?
I will be extremely grateful if someone could kindly help me out here.

You do not meet the requirement for CAT B or A.

For CAT A you need to earn £18,600 and show this with 6 months of payslips

For CAT B you need to have earned £18,600 in total in the last 12 months from all jobs and also CURRENTLY be earning £18,600

What is his current salary from both jobs and what were the amounts on all his payslips since he started this new jobs?

Preferably wait in your second job for six months. But if you have savings then combine with first job to cover the shortfall.
