FLR(M) Property Survey

Post by FaridaMohamed » Thu Nov 08, 2018 12:03 am

Hello All,

Applying for FLR(M) soon I remember submitting UK property survey report when I first applied for spouse visa from India. Do I have to submit them again for renewal FLR(M) or just tenancy agreement is enough. We recently got our tenancy agreement renewed from 1st Nov 2018 till 1st April 2019 will that be sufficient or HO require the previous ones as well (2 years).

Thank you
FM

Neither is even required for FLR (M) even just a letter from landlord to say you live there can be included if you want. The co-habitation docs are the ones that prove your accommodation.

If its sharing accomodation then definitely property inspection report will ensure that there is no overcrowding.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
