CoS of 4 years, can I apply for 3 year visa

Hi

Request urgent response.
My COS states 4 years. Can I apply for a 3 yrs visa as this is my first Tier 2 (switching from Tier 2)

You have to apply for the more than 3 year visa and will get a 4 year visa.
