Appendix FM 6 month rule - two jobs OK?

I earn:
Job 1 - 1200 p/m +
Job 2 - 400 p/m
So 1600 × 12 = 19,200

Im gonna submit 6 month earnings ,does my spouse qualify for a family visa for the svenario above?

If both are held from at least 6 months then yes.
