Which form to use as partner of ILR Applicant

Hello Gurus,
Please help, I don't know the right form to use to apply for further stay as my partner ILR application is still pending. I am currently on dependant on my partner and my visa expires soon. We are only married for 4 years and i have only be in the country for that period, therefore I am not due for ILR yet, but I don't know which application to make to further my stay while we wait for the outcome of my partners ILR application. Your urgent help will be really appreciated.

If your partner is applying for ILR based on tier 1 entrepreneur visa. Then you extend on tier 1 dependent form.
