ILR Eligibility

Post by csarsays » Sun Nov 11, 2018 11:35 am

Hi,

I have spent 5 years in UK under different visa types, I would like to know whether I am eligible for ILR.

My visa details are mentioned below;

Mar 2013 to Mar 2014 - Tier 2 ICT - Short term
July 2014 to June 2016 - Tier 2 ICT - Long Term
June 2016 to Till date (Nov 2016) - Tier 2 General dependant

Thanks,

Sara

Were you the main ICT visa holder??
June 2016 to Till date (Nov 2016) - Tier 2 General dependant
You need 5 years as a Tier 2 Dependent to qualify for ILR. You also only qualify for ILR when your partner applies for ILR or after they already have ILR based on Tier 2 General.

Note you cannot combine time spent as PBS main applicant and time spent as PBS Dependent to make up 5 years for ILR.
