Eligibililty for ILR

Hi

I would appreciate if you can validate that if I am eligible for ILR under the recent changes in 2018.

I am main applicant and came with family to UK.
I & family came to UK on Tier 2 (ICT) in Jun 2011.
I & family switched to Tier 2 (Gen) in Feb 2015.
Overall I stayed in UK (with family) for 7.5 years.

The 5 years can include time in the UK on a Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) visa if one of the following applies:
• the continuous residence includes a period of leave granted under the Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) rules in place before 6 April 2010
• the continuous residence includes time where you had a work permit granted because you were the subject of an Intra-Company Transfer – This applies to me.

You cannot count the ICT time if this visa was issued on or after 6th April 2010.

Not sure what "recent changes" you are referring to?? There has been no change to the exclusion of ICT post April 3010 qualifying for ILR.
