ILR and LIFE IN THE UK TEST

Post by tiger2009 » Mon Nov 12, 2018 11:59 am

Hello

As I understand that LIFE IN THE UK TEST is required to apply for ILR, however if an individual obtained the ILR 15+ years ago, but not bothered with the passport, does he/she still need to complete LIFE IN THE UK TEST?

Regards

If the person has no intention of applying for citizenship, then no, Liuk is not required.
