ILR for Tier 2 DEPENDENT

Hi All,

My husband got ILR on 13th Dec 2014 (based on Tier 2 visa for 5 years)

I am on Tier 2 Dependent visa since 5 years.

My first passport has Maiden name. this passport expired in January 2018. And while renewing my passport, i changed my surname to my husband's surname.

My documents:
1. SET(O) filled and signed
2. Appointment booking and payment confirmation
3. my Passports (old and new)
4. my BRP
5. Passport size photos - 2
6. Life in UK test pass letter.
7. English Language test pass certificate
8. Marriage certificate
9. my payslips for last 4 year 9 months.
10. my P60s for last 5 tax years.
11. Employee reference letter.
12. letter detailsing absences in last 5 years.
13. bank statements for last 5 years.

My husband's documents:
1. husbands passport
2. husbands ILR
3. husbands P60s for last 5 years.

Cohabitation evidence:
1. water utility bill for last 5 years.
2. council tax bill for last 1 year.
3. electoral roll letter certifying residence for last 5 years.

I have few questions to be clarified as below

1. Life in UK pass letter is dated June 2014. could you please confirm if this is still valid.
2. Life in UK pass letter has my maiden name on it. will this be okay? or should I get a new letter with my married name on it?
3. Water bills - bills dated till 2017 has my maiden name and the bills dated 2018 have my married name.
4. water bills from February 2014 (for last 4 years 9 months) has my name and my husbands name. bills from 2013 (initial 3 months of my 5 year period) has only my husbands name.
5. P60s - P60 for 2014, 2015, 2016 has my married name. P60 2017 has my maiden name. P60 2018 has my married name. this is because in 2014 when I joined the job, I gave my married name to the employer. in 2017 I changed it to my maiden name because my passport has maiden name then. After renewing my passport, i gave my married name to the employer again. is this going to be a problem?
6. payslips - same problem with the name on payslips too.
7. spouse name on my husband's passport is my maiden name.
8. should I include my husbands payslips and bank statements for last 5 years?
9. Do i really need to put my last 5 years earning? to avoid all the confusion, can i just give my husbands payslips and bank statements and his P60s and not put my earning details, however the application will have my NI number.

Are the documents listed above good enough or anything missing?

If you could clarify these things, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do i really need to put my last 5 years earning? to avoid all the confusion, can i just give my husbands payslips and bank statements and his P60s and not put my earning details, however the application will have my NI number. Just the proof of your occupation. Even you don't have this is ok. Not a requirement as you ILR as dependent.

Are the documents listed above good enough or anything missing? Will be great if you can also provide rental or lease agreement with both of your name on it.

Out of the last 5 years, i cannot provide lease agreement for the initial 2 years, however I can provide mortgage documents for last 3 years. will this be enough?

Also, I had points on my driving license for speeding and my license was revoked. later I gave the test again and got the driving license. I have declared this in the application. will this be a problem?

Out of the last 5 years, i cannot provide lease agreement for the initial 2 years, however I can provide mortgage documents for last 3 years. will this be enough?

Should be fine yes.

Also, I had points on my driving license for speeding and my license was revoked. later I gave the test again and got the driving license. I have declared this in the application. will this be a problem?

Speeding event occurred on 6th Aug 2016.
I got my license in Jan 2016. and i got 2 tickets on the same day with a 20 mins gap. 3 points + £200 for each ticket. Since I had 6 points on license in the first year, it was revoked.
I gave my test again and got the license in Jan 2018.
