Wife Visa Extension from India - Husband holds British passport

Hi All

My Name Is Bala , I got my British Citizenship in April 2018 through naturalisation .

My daughter born in India on July 2017 and my wife is on Tier 1 General .

Could you please let me know which type uk visa I need to apply for my daughter ? Did she eligible for child settlement visa (ILR)

Child applies for same visa as your spouse holds, Tier 1 dependent.

Assuming of course you got ILR based on PBS route and not 10 years long residence.

HI All

Could you please let me know which online visa application form I have to fill for my wife visa extension from India.

She in India from Feb. 2017 with my daughter, she went to India for maternity. Currently my wife has the 5 years partner route dependant visa valid till December 2018 .

Do I need to fill Non EEA returning UK Application ?

currently I am holding a British passport - (ILR Got through 5 years Tier 1 - General Route)
