spouse visa under ILR

hello

i have applied for ILR visa [set LR] alone, though my visa expires on 2020. i applied based on 10 years legal stay. my wife is planning to apply after i get my ilr visa. she has valid dependent visa until 2020.

which form needs to be filled? and can she wait until i get ilr visa?
please reply me.
