My employer( UK company) name no available in the approved of list of Tier2 providers but still they claim they can provide tier 2 visa , can anyone advice on this?

If they are not on the official HO approved sponsor list then no, they cannot sponsor you for tier 2 visa.

They must hold an HO tier 2 licence to sponsor a migrant.

They would have to apply for a licence first.
