Only evidence that you have been living together since your marriage is required. You should however, submit proof of a genuine relationship, photos together, contact while apart, etc.lindzzz wrote: ↑Sun Nov 25, 2018 2:04 pmI am currently in the process of applying for my first FLR (M) as my Tier 5 expires in feb 2019. Part of the supporting documents as part of the application are 'Items of correspondence addressed both of us at the same address as evidence you have been living together since your last grant of leave in this category, or from the date you first started living together, covering the last 2 years'
We've lived together for over 1.5 so don't meet the two year requirement but if we're already married is it a requirement to prove we have lived together for two years?
Is there a different requirement for items of correspondence if I'm transferring from Tier 5 to FLR (m)?
It is no as you have a different category of visa.lindzzz wrote: ↑Wed Dec 26, 2018 4:09 pmHiya,
I'm applying for my first FLR M visa after being on a Tier 5 YMS visa. I'm confused about Q3 on the visa app 'Is your current entry clearance or leave to remain as the partner of one of the following?' - do I answer no because I'm currently on a different visa?
Also, I have an electronic lease from the letting agents - will it be accepted as an original copy if I just print it off?
Thanks for your help!
