Passport validity required for Tier2 ICT extension

Hi,

I am about to apply for my Tier2 ICT extension (in-country) and have been living in the UK on the same visa type since 2010 (This visa is from post Apr 2010 and pre Apr 2011 rules which can give extensions without cooling period).

1. My question is my Passport is about to expire in Aug-2019 which is just more than 6 months of validity. Will this be an issue for my T2 ICT visa extension application?

2. What is the minimum requirement for the passport validity period while applying for the visa? Please give the reference of the UK BA document which mentions this requirement.

3. Also, will the visa be given till the Passport validity date?
