BDM to chef post changing??

Hi all

Got a suspension letter from Ho in Nov 1st and within 20 working days last week we response to ho and send supporting documents. Still waiting for decesision.
Anyone in same situation pls reply me
How long ho take decesision?
In that case what is the chances of back the license?
Can work continue?

They will take as long as they need.

The licence is suspending, it has not been revoked. What are the reasons HO gave for supsension??

The reason are
The job roles and duties of bdm is not genuine. Main thing they asking evidence of my duties and roles. They asking 6 months times sheet n rottas, last 3 months payslip, 12 months direct debit goes to an account etc.
We send all the documents.
Just 1 year left for ilr from tier 2 route.
In that case can I keep continue to work with this sponsor or should I need to find another sponsor?
Worst case if it will revoked how long ho send 60 days letter to me.?

The job roles and duties of bdm is not genuine.

BDM is the most abused SOC in the list. What industry is your job/sponsor?

Just 1 year left for ilr from tier 2 route.

If not resolved you risk ILR being put on hold pending more investigations by HO. What is your salary?

Your choice if you wish to look for another sponsor.

Yes, if the licence is revoked your visa will be curtailed to 60 days.

BDM in restaurants is unfortunately heavily scrutinised as many have been jobs just to get sponsorship. What are your duties in your current role, everything that you do??

HO will respond to your employer as it is THEIR license at stake.

Hi I am on tier 2 visa from 4 years as business development manager. 1 week ago license has been revoked. Still not getting curtailment letter. Now I find one of the sponsor who are ready to sponsor me on chef job not BDM. Owner is ready to issue cos as chef anytime. I have 5 yrs experience as a chef in backhome.
Now question is
Is it possible to change the soc code manager to chef??
After revocation how long take time for get the curtailment letter?

5434 Chefs Only the following job in this occupation code:
Skilled chef where:
the pay is at least £29,570 per year after deductions for accommodation, meals etc; and
the job requires five or more years relevant experience in a role of at least equivalent status to the one they are entering; and the job is not in either a fast food outlet, a standard fare outlet, or an establishment which provides a take-away service; and
The job is in one of the following roles:
executive chef - limited to one per establishment
head chef - limited to one per establishment
sous chef - limited to one for every four k i t c h e n staff per establishment
specialist chef - limited to one per speciality per establishment

A fast food outlet is one where food is prepared in bulk for speed of service, rather than to individual order.
A standard fare outlet is one where the menu is designed centrally for outlets in a chain / franchise, rather than by a chef or chefs in the individual restaurant. Standard fare outlets also include those where dishes and / or cooking sauces are bought in ready-made, rather than prepared from fresh / raw ingredients.
