Family life in the UK inc Human Rights

Post by leo2019 » Sun Jan 20, 2019 2:52 pm

Dear All,

Our son's application for family life in the UK Including Human Rights has been declined by the HO as they are saying that if he needs to appeal he should first go back to his country and make the appeal from there.
Son is now 24 and has been in the UK since 2015 when he came in as a international student.

Any Advice on what we should do now for we don't want him to go back as his family(Siblings) is all here and settled as UK Citizens apart from him as he joined us later.

Many thanks

Useful to state the following information if you expect advice from the forum members :

1. His visa issue and expiry dates.

2. The exact wording of the refusal.

3. Why did he not come as a minor when the family came?

Not 'wanting him to go back' is unfortunately not sufficient. He is an adult, not a dependent child.
