Hi,

I have done my masters in UK and was here for 2 years in tier 1 graduate entrepreneur visa.

I have applied for my 50K route tier 1 entrepreneur visa from UK but then it got refused and asking us for administrative review.

Now my question is

if administrative review is also refused and we have to move to India, can we re-apply from India in the same 50K route?

What were the reasons for the refusal??

Companies house certificate we just kept the first certificate page and our accountant did all audits and gave letter stating all details.

Even then they said audit and unaudited accounts not shown and companies house certificate not provided.

So it got refused.

I was in almost same boat as you are in.

You can not apply 50k tier 1 application outside UK

either you can apply 200K tier 1 application or
50K venture capital fund investment application.
