SET O PBS Dependents

Dear all,
I am applying for ILR as a dependent for me and my daughter and I have some questions:
1- the date of entery clearance for me and my daughter was 25/03/2014 and we landed the UK on 09/06/2014, on which date should I exactly apply for the ILR?
2- I completed the application yesterday without submission to see the documents required to be ready, there was nothing regarding periods that I spent outside the UK or any absence from the UK; bearing in mind that my wife had to fill out her application with periods of absences away from the country, is this normal?

I would really appreciate your kind help and valuable experience.

No sooner than within 28 days of the 5th anniversary of the date of entry clearance issue date.

There is NO absence limit if your last visa was issued BEFORE 11th January 2018 for PBS Dependents. Note the requirements for PBS main visa holders and PBS Dependents is slightly different.
