They have issued a CoS and the category is Tier 2 (General- switch immigration category),
Salary is not sufficient for experienced worker.Job Type is 2136 Programmers and software development and Salary is £30,000 as an experienced worker
Not appropriate. See Appendix J in link below (assuming your job is not a shortage occupation one). Minimum salary for SOC 2136 experienced worker is £32,000 based on 39 hours per week. If you apply with £30,000, it will be refused, that is besides the fact that the CoS is not correct.Is the category, Job Type and Salary appropriate? If not, what it should be ?
What salary did the RLMT state when the sponsor advertised the job??2136 Programmers and software development professionals Example job tasks
