Spouse Visa - did not include online application form

Hi ,

I have applied for my wife visa on 24th December 2018 to join me in the UK , I have send all the denouements to Sheffield on the 3 January 2019,

But I did not include online application form , for some stupid reason i thought is an online application and this will be send to them online so no need for me to send again ?

but then after making some research I see people have send the application form , and then 2 weeks after sending my wife supporting to documents I have decided to print out online applications and send that separate to the same address ,

would this be a problem ?

Sending the print out of online application form having IHS payment reference at top along with appendix 2 from is mandatory requirement. I wish they have received and linked your application form with your file.
