Hi

I'm currently under Tier 2 visa for 2 years. Home Office interviewed me and my company before Christmas. 20 days ago Home office suspended my company license mainly because they believe I'm not doing my job due to the office job description.

Our solicitor doesn't take it too serious but it's a big deal to me. We are collecting evidence but are not able to prove all of them. Some are in a different language and some evidence doesn't exist at all (for example calls history but no one knows what the content is about).

Does anyone has similar experience? After appealing to Home Office, how long do we need for the decision?

my answer during the interview was very similar with SoC. But they didn't think I was actually doing my job. The requirement of my visa is 27,500 for the first three years.
