FLR M

Post by ra3a786 » Sat Feb 23, 2019 9:53 pm

Hello Guys

i am going through an FLR M Application

Last 7 Wage slips(4 weeks Paid) totals : £11,272.92

Last 13 wage slips(totals 52 weeks) totals: £17,688

do i get the employer to state the annual salary or do i state just the job is permanent and get paid minimum wage plus the number of hours worked weekly?

TIA

Specified Evidence:

(a) Payslips covering:
(i) a period of 6 months prior to the date of application if the person has been employed by their current employer for at least 6 months (and where paragraph 13(b) of this Appendix does not apply); or
(ii) any period of salaried employment in the period of 12 months prior to the date of application if the person has been employed by their current employer for less than 6 months (or at least 6 months but the person does not rely on paragraph 13(a) of this Appendix), or in the financial year(s) relied upon by a self-employed person.

(b) A letter from the employer(s) who issued the payslips at paragraph 2(a) confirming:
(i) the person’s employment and gross annual salary;
(ii) the length of their employment;
(iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; and
(iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).

im just a bit worried that it might lead to refusal if it states the annual salary which is less than £18,600 but last 26 weeks is well over £9300.

TIA

You seems like doing overtime apart of your basic wages. If so then in order to avoid the refusal your employer must state about your overtime too. Your latest 26 weeks/6 months wages will matter if you are with your present employer from at least 6 months.
