Waiting for CoS. delay due to Brexit?

Has anyone heard of any report about CoS issue being delayed or offer being cancelled due to uncertainty over Brexit?

This is an issue to discuss with your potential sponsor.

It has nothing to do with the cos process and HO and Brexit affects eu citizens not UK immigration rule applications.
