Immigration advisor/solicitor recommendations

Post by Chrislondon » Fri Mar 22, 2019 7:37 am

Good Morning,

I'm looking for recommendations from people here for an immigration advisor or solicitor to submit two visa applications for my wife and step-daughter.

They are both Brazilians and are over stayers at the moment. This was due to the previous immigration adviser not submitting the visas whilst advising that he had. This rumbled on for some time until we finally made a complaint to the OISC.

The complaint was upheld and the adviser struck off. After struggling for months to retreive our documents we're now in the position to move on.

I'm British and my wife and I have 2 british kids aged 10 and 12. My Brazilian stepdaughter is 21 and has been here since she was 13.

Thanks Chris

Under the forum T&Cs, members arent permitted to post names and details of lawyers or immigration advisors.

If you post your full circumstances and their UK immigration history, we could offer advice for free. Many experienced members here to help.

There are options available on what she can do.
