Tier 2 General Visa Documents Needed

Post by devang3d » Mon Mar 25, 2019 4:34 pm

Hi

Currently in UK on PBS dependent visa and secured sponsored job.
All my education is based on India and have been asked to provide NARIC documents.
I also have cleared IELTS.

Now my questions as below?

-Is IELTS and NARIC both need to provide to HomeOffice?
-In NARIC document process, do I need to send them all concern document when making online application?
-Do I need to go back to India and apply from there?
-My sponsored job starts from 1-Aug-2019 so, how soon I can make an application to HomeOffice?
is there rule that I can't make an application before 90 days of work start date?

It will be nice if you can help me here.

Regards,
Devang

1. Kindly refrain from digging up topics that are more than a year old to tag onto. I have split your post to its own thread.
-Is IELTS and NARIC both need to provide to HomeOffice?
You need IELTS (not academic) OR NARIC. You don't need both.
-In NARIC document process, do I need to send them all concern document when making online application?
If you choose to do NARIC, you need to submit NARIC ELA and comparable assessment and your original degree to HO.
-Do I need to go back to India and apply from there?
Yes.
-My sponsored job starts from 1-Aug-2019 so, how soon I can make an application to HomeOffice?
You cannot apply sooner than within 3 months before your start date. Hopefully your RCoS has not been assigned to you as yet.
is there rule that I can't make an application before 90 days of work start date?
Yes. You can only apply when you have a valid RCoS and an RCoS is only valid for 3 months.
