EAA2003 Regulation Opt In or Opt Out, which is better for contract? Urgent Please

Hi,

Help please.. Urgent
I need to sign a contract today, this is my first job in the UK, I'm not sure which is better between "Opt In or Opt Out" under "EAA 2003 Regulations".

By choosing either of them, will it affect my next job?
or
Does "Opt Out" bring risk in the contract I'm going to work for?
