Combined income FLR M

Post by yoyo92 » Mon May 13, 2019 8:40 pm

Hi Everyone

Due to circumstances, my current gross annual wage meets the required amount by only few hundred pounds. We are wondering if it would be worth combining our incomes in the application even though my wage already meets the requirement? The bank account where my wages are paid has also been overdrawn by -1000 for the last 6 months, so we assume that combining incomes would show them our household has a combined income 36k? Also, if we were to combine our wages, do we still show 6 months bank statements/payslips or is it 12 months? (have yet to start application)

Thanks!
Yoyo

Either of the partner individually or jointly combine his/her income with other partner to meet the financial requirement. But to keep the paper work less involved for a straight case its always wise to only show the income of one partner provided that it can sufficiently meet the financial requirement. Overdrawn balance wont be issue under that route.
