my brother working in saudi arabia for 10 years now they plann to replace the workers and put saudis nationals
anyway he got big family and i want help him to find work here in uk
i am british citzen and i am trying to apply for fp permit for him
so he will send me scan copy for his passport and birth cert is it enough ?
the questions i can apply for him here online ? its faster from here or from saudi arabia ???
my payslips for last year . proof of my national insurance . flat contract . my passport scan copy . letter i write that i can sponsor him . will be enoigh ?????
i know i can read other posts and find questions but i cant use my laptop because i work far away from home this week , so please answer me
any info about fees , processing time . tips and advise will be nice from you guys

my brother non eea and not british however i am british and i am trying to bring him here
his job contract will finish this august and i want to help him and bring him here

my questions . which route and what kind of visa he should apply for
the fees ? and can i apply for him from uk ?
do i need solicitor for this or i can do it alone

You cannot sponsor your brother for a visa under the immigration rules.

He will need to find a visa that he qualifies for, ie. Tier 4, Tier 2, Innovator, Startup etc.
