Tier2 to ILR query (had rejection on Tier1 exceptional visa endorsement)

Post by allu » Fri May 17, 2019 11:57 am

I am working in Tier2 general visa since Sep 2014, for the last 4.5+ years and nearing my ILR in Aug/Sep this year. I have two questions.
1. I had applied for tier1 exceptional visa endorsement (with tech city) in 2017 and it got rejected in the first round(endorsement rejected, not even gone for the visa application). Can this impact my ILR or delay my ILR approval.
2. Should I consider this as a visa refusal and mention in my ILR application. Telling you again - I applied only for the tech city Tier1 exceptional visa endorsement, was not eligible for the second round to apply for the visa.
3. Currently, I am with my third company in Tier2 visa, I had a employment gap of 45 days between first and second company and 40 days employment between 2nd and 3rd company. Any chance of this affect my ILR.

Thanks.

Can you please continue in your EXISTING topic you already have with ILR queries.

Asking ILR questions in the Tier 2 visa Sub forum is not appropriate!!
