Where exactly does it say that you have to enter the UK at the same time as your spouse (if applying from abroad)?

Hello,

I remember reading somewhere that, if an applicant is applying for a UK Spouse Visa from abroad, on receiving the visa, he/she must enter the UK together with (AT THE SAME TIME AS) their spouse.

Does anyone know where exactly this rule is specified?

Thank you for your time
