Preparation for T1E ILR

Post by rayleo1990 » Fri Jun 07, 2019 10:13 am

Dear Moderators (Marcnath/Zimba & all),

I am preparing for my ILR from now as its due in Nov-2019. i would really appreciate your input so, i can make sure i am on right track. I am sorry few of my questions might be repeated earlier.
- My Mrs. came to UK in 2016, and she has dependent visa till sep 2020, means she will need on more extension to complete 5 years.
- I am applying on the basis of 5 years in T1E, but i came to uk in march 2010. as I am not applying for my mrs. do we need to provide cohabitation letters and stuff?
- My business partner is working full time after getting ILR (LR) in sep 2017 prior to me applying for T1E Extension. He is still on payroll, and director list? do i need his ID/ or anything important to be sent?
The documents checklist which I am preparing according to my best knowledge is:

I am applying ILR for myself, and will apply for Extension for my mrs. in sep 2020. So, i guess i only need to - send docs related to myself.

- Online ILR form and declaration
- Cover letters stating business partner went on ILR (LR) before extension & mrs. hasn't completed 5 years yet.
- BRP
- Photographs
Points for ILR:
- Evidence of investments were give in initial & Ext. so, I assume i will automatically get 20pts for it.
- CAR to show on director list with in 3 months before applying (20points) was give @ Extension
- 2 FT continuing employees Payslips and FPS from Oct 2018 till Oct 2019 (13 months)
- Do i need to send FPS with starting dates of employees? ( It was provided at the time of Extension)

- Bachelors Degree ( do i need to send it?)
(a) You have spent a continuous period of 5 years lawfully in the UK with leave
as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant,
. Do i need any evidence for it? Travel Tickets etc

- CT 600 (2016-2017) was sent in Extension, + CT 600 2017-2018 most recent
- CT 41G & CT 603 which were sent during Extension
- Accountant's letter confirming that Job continued after extension and confirmation of hours
- Accounts 2017-2018 & management accounts (2018-nov 2019) [I Assume i don't need to send these please confirm, if i do?]
- Bank Letter confirming director & balance
- Bank statement for 1 month (Most Recent),
- Personal Bank statement for 3 months
- Vehicle Registration (proof of address)
- Credit card statement (proof of address)

Kindly suggest me if i am missing something or if i need to take off something from my checklist. I had to wait for nearly 11 months for my extension. I'd like to keep my application straight forward this time.
I would be very grateful for you assistance. Thank you so much as always

No cohabitation if your dependent is not applying with you.
- Bachelors Degree ( do i need to send it?)
Is this a UK degree or a foreign degree??
(a) You have spent a continuous period of 5 years lawfully in the UK with leave
as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant,
. Do i need any evidence for it? Travel Tickets etc
Only your passport(s).

UK Bachelor's Degree, which was also sent with Initial/Extension application.
Kindly suggest what other supporting documents I would need to add.

Can some admin please clear my confusion?
I applied for T1E extension in Dec2017, which was approved in Sep 2018.
I have had 2 FT employees since Dec 2017, can i use it to claim Pts for ILR, Or Do i need to have 12 months job after Extension approval?

I'm sorry this question is just for general information.

Thank you Zimba,

I am bit confuse and not sure if i should go for T1E ILR, or ILR (10 year), as my solicitor is suggesting that T1E ILR is taking much longer, and with 10 year ILR, i can go for same day aswell (may get/may not).

but my wife will have to complete 5 year from beginning. Can i use my salary to meet 18600 threshold for my wife when she switches to SET M.

You have already been asked in another thread not to ask FLR M questions in ilr topics and sub forum. Was the request unclear??

indefinite-leave-to-remain/10-year-ilr- ... l#p1797595

She doesn't qualify for SET M, which is a form for ILR.
