Extended Family member

Hello,

I am a spouse of EEA national and I would like to sponsor my dad as an extended family member of EEA national or is it possible if my wife sponsors him as an extended family member?
Also, what are the requirements? Thanks

That is not correct in as far as you said the dependency has to be on the EEA national.

Unless of course I am inadvertently misreading or misrepresenting your post.

Only extended family members need to demonstrate dependency on the EEA national. Family members can show dependency on the non EEA spouse.
