FLR(M) to ILR

Post by Ancheryllo » Sat Jun 22, 2019 10:23 pm

Hi all,

Just have a question about the 5 years route.

I got my first FLR(M) on 16/11/2015 (via premier service centre) and second one on 15/05/2018.

I’ve just noticed that the expiry date on my BRP card is 15/11/2020.

Would it be a problem when I’m applying for ILR as I thought the second visa should’ve covered my stay longer than, or at least til 16/11/2020? Or this 1 day difference is acceptable?

Thank you in advance.

There is no issue. You are overthinking. 16th November 2015 to 15th November 2020 is 5 years exactly.

You can of course apply within 28 days before the 60 month mark anyway.
