Unmarried Partner Visa, document accepted

Post by srioux1995 » Sun Jun 30, 2019 2:38 pm

Hello,
I have a few questions regarding the unmarried visa partner application:
I have gathered as much documents as I can. I have so far
-Tenancy Agreement X2 (joint)
-Council Tax x2 (joint)
-Water Bills x 3 (joint)
-HMRC letter (individual)
-Pension documents (individual)

I had a few questions:

1- Do I submit all dates of each documents (eg both tenancy agreement last 2 years, both council tax for last 2 years etc.) or just one of each? Do they count as one or 2 evidence?

2-Would any of these evidence be accepted?
-Letter stating no TV licence required
-Internet bills
-Bank statements, if I send one for each 6 months, do they each count as one evidence?
-Gas + Electricty annual Statement (not bill as we top up as needed, but it summarize our tariff and expected costs)
-Tenancy deposit Protection Certificate
-Letter of Invoice for overdue rent.
-Norwich City council Poll Card
-Confirmation of registration at GP
-Dentist appointment reminder
-NHS Organ donor registration

3- Is it better to send it as much documents as we can in case some of them won't be accepted or will that annoy the immigration offices if they receive more than is needed?

4-I also plan on writing a cover letter + 1 page with photos. Is it still necessary to send in communication evidence such as text/facebook messages?

5-Should we also included other proof of relationship like wedding invites, proof of holiday (flights and hotel) together?

All help would be greatly appreciated!

Peace

3. SET5.13 What types of evidence might demonstrate living together and a relationship akin to marriage / civil partnership?

The applicant must provide six pieces of correspondence addressed to him / her and their partner at the same address as evidence that they have been living together during the past 2 years. The items of correspondence should be addressed to them jointly or in both their names. If they do not have enough items in their joint names, they may also provide items addressed to each of other individually if they show the same address for both of them. The documents provided must be originals and should be spread over the whole 2 years; they should also be from at least 3 different sources. Examples of what documentation the applicant could provide are listed below:

Joint commitments, (such as joint bank accounts, investments, rent agreements, mortgage, life insurance policy naming the other partner as beneficiary etc);
Birth certificates or records of any children of the relationship, showing both partners as parents;
Any official correspondence linking both partners to the same address, for example Council Tax, utility bills, Doctors records;
Any other evidence that adequately demonstrates the couple’s long-term commitment to each other.
