ILR application date calculator

Hi There,

I want to calculate my earliest date (28 days before 5 years) to apply /book for ILR :

Visa: Tier 2 dependent .

08/07/2014 -> Visa granted .
23/07/2014 -> Entered in UK .

22/08/2016 -> Visa extended

Visa status: PBS dependent .

22/08/2019 -> Expiry date .

Questions :

1.On the basis of above dates can i submit the ILR application on 01/07/2017 ( 20 days before) ?

2.Do i need to wait for July 23 ? Because if they check 5 years back ( eg: 01/07/2014) i was not here .Does it make any problem ? Someone have to advice me the best date for applying the application ?

1. You can apply for ILR no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the initial visa ISSUE date.

2. No issue.

Presumably the main Tier 2 visa holder already has ILR??

eg: 10/06/2019 i am eligible for ILR application ( Based on visa issue date 08/07/2014)
or
26/06/2019 ( Based on entered in uk 23/07/2014 ).


Presumably the main Tier 2 visa holder already has ILR?? Ans: Partner status is British citizen ( got in 10/02/2018). Sorry i forget to ask you a question ? Can i have to use set (O) for ILR application ?

About partner visa:

15/05/2016 -> Got ILR
10/02/2018-> British citizen.

I did clearly state is counts from visa issue date and not date of entry.

You can use form SET(O) only if your partner got ILR based on 5 years tier 2, which presumably they did.
